Practicing word tracts is a powerful daily action to help you level-up! Did you know that practicing under pressure kicks your skill up a notch? Think about it, practicing with yourself or a supportive person, you will memorize the word tracks and that’s great- you want them tattooed on your heart. 

When you get in a real-world environment with a customer, and they start getting combative, having the word tracks memorized is helpful, but unless you can manage the heated emotions in that situation, the deal could fall apart. 

Once you have the verbiage of the word tracks memorized, start role playing with people who will bring the pressure, so you can learn how to diffuse negative emotions and lead your customer to a successful close every time!
